The Dragon Pillow laser welding system is a three-axis welding center for contour welding of "heat exchanger plates" up to a size of 2x6m.
Including spot welding function before the actual welding on both sides of the plates.
Workpiece alignment, clamping and movement of the workpiece by a roller press system.
Pressure rollers on both sides of the welding head apply constant pressure to the workpiece.
The laser beam is guided via a fiber optic cable from the resonator via the machine to the workpiece.
